What is the strategic mission for this role?

As the Director, Public Affairs, you serve as the primary external face of Randstad’s policy positions across Europe. You will drive our Partner for Talent strategy by ensuring our business interests are protected and advanced within the complex European legislative landscape. You will not merely monitor regulation; you will translate regulatory risk into business opportunity, influencing the policies that underpin the success of the world’s most specialized talent company.
