About the Role

What You’ll Be Doing

• Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions through functional analysis and technical design.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications within the Customer Portal ecosystem.
• Deliver new functionalities and enhancements, ensuring alignment with business and technical objectives.
• Resolve incidents and technical issues, maintaining agreed service levels and system stability.
• Conduct technical analyses and propose sustainable, future-proof solutions.
• Prepare and execute unit tests; support integration, system, and acceptance testing.
• Apply development guidelines, best practices, and internal IT standards to ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Document analyses, developments, and technical solutions for transparency and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate actively with product owners, analysts, developers, testers, and stakeholders in an Agile environment.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, refinements, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support release activities and contribute to the controlled rollout of new functionalities.
• Engage in knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team.
• Apply and support change and release management processes, monitoring quality, risks, and stability during production changes.

Technical Skills & Experience

• Demonstrable experience in developing .NET-based applications (Medior level required).
• Proven expertise in web development using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS (Medior level required).
• Hands-on experience with Angular 2 or higher (Medior level required).
• Extensive knowledge of ASP.NET and C# (Medior level required).
• Experience with ORM frameworks, specifically Entity Framework (Medior level required).
• Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL).
• Experience with Azure DevOps and development on Azure cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with Unit Testing and test-driven development practices.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence (preferred).
• Experience with Azure AD B2C, API Management, App Services, and Service Fabric (preferred).
• Experience with MVC (version 3 or newer) (preferred, Medior level).
• Experience with web services: WCF/SOAP and Web API/REST (preferred, Medior level).
• Familiarity with ITIL-based process-driven organizations, especially change and release management (preferred).
• Extensive knowledge of .NET 6 or higher (preferred, Medior level).

Language Proficiency

• Fluency in Dutch at European CEFR level C2 is mandatory.

Other Requirements

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and participating in Agile ceremonies.
• Demonstrated ability to balance project-based development with operational support and incident management.
• Commitment to continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and collaborative problem-solving.
