Key Responsibilities
Business Partnering Act as the trusted finance partner to business leaders across Commercial Fire and Security within EMEA ANZ region. Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis, insights, and recommendations. Support monthly forecasting, annual operating plan, and long-range planning processes for assigned business units. Conduct variance analysis against forecast, budget, and prior year performance. Identify risks and opportunities and support action planning to achieve business objectives. Prepare financial presentations and reporting packages for senior management. Work closely with the CFO EMEA ANZ Commercial Fire & Security to provide financial insights, support strategic initiatives, and drive performance across the region. Commercial & Profitability Analysis Analyse revenue, gross margin, product mix, customer profitability, and commercial performance. Partner with Sales and Product Management to support pricing initiatives and margin enhancement programs. Develop business cases for new products, investments, and strategic initiatives. Build financial models and scenario analyses to support business decisions, growth opportunities, market expansion, and portfolio optimization. Support strategic projects, transformation initiatives, and performance improvement programs. Sales Performance & Incentive Management Manage daily sales tracking and maintain clear visibility of actual performance against sales targets, forecast, and prior year. Provide regular performance insights to Sales and Finance leadership, and work together with Operations to ensure clarity around in-month sales projections Own the quarterly calculation, validation, and submission of sales bonus payments in line with approved incentive plans and performance results. Serve as budget owner for commercial investments, operating expenses, and customer rebate programs, ensuring effective resource allocation, financial discipline, governance, and alignment with strategic business objectives. Support annual target setting and sales incentive plan modelling. Process Improvement & Automation Drive continuous improvement of forecasting, reporting, and performance management processes. Improve reporting efficiency, data quality, and business visibility through automation and standardization. Partner with the Commercial Excellence team to develop and enhance performance dashboards, providing actionable insights that drive commercial execution, accountability, and business performance. Partner with cross-functional teams to simplify processes and enhance decision-making capabilities. Support adoption of digital tools and analytics solutions across the finance organization.   Requirements Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. 5-8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Business Finance, or Financial Controlling. Fluency in English Experience partnering with Sales, Commercial, or Operational leadership teams. Experience working in a multinational and matrix environment. Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes. Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence presenting to senior leadership. Comfortable operating with ambiguity and driving change. Analytical & Systems Skills Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modelling capabilities. Experience working with ERP and reporting systems. Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence platforms. Experience developing and enhancing dashboards, KPIs, and performance reporting tools. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to transform large datasets into meaningful business insights.
