We’re seeking a customer-driven and solution-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. If you excel in fast-paced environments, enjoy problem-solving, and love engaging with people, this role is for you
Role Overview:
As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll assist customers across multiple channels—phone, chat, email, and social media—handling account-related inquiries, technical troubleshooting, and financial transactions. Your contributions will be essential in enhancing customer satisfaction and streamlining internal processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver top-tier customer support via phone, chat, email, and social media
- Assist with account setup, verification, logins, payments, and technical issues
- Serve as a reliable contact, especially for clients in the sports sector
- Respond to inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently
- Build strong relationships with customers through clear and empathetic communication
- Ensure all interactions align with company policies and service standards
- Recommend process improvements to enhance customer experience
Requirements:
- Fluent in Dutch (C2 level)
- Fluent in English (B2 level)
- EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
- 0-1 year experience in customer support
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow
