Our client in the utilities sector is seeking a Senior Business Project Leader to manage and deliver strategic initiatives within asset management and operational domains.
The role involves coordinating complex projects, aligning stakeholders, and contributing to transformation programs focused on improving operational efficiency and digital capabilities.
Requirements
· Lead and manage projects end-to-end
· Monitor progress across scope, budget, risks, and timelines
· Align stakeholders across business and technical teams
· Apply structured project methodologies
· Manage dependencies across initiatives
· Collaborate with analysts and project teams
· Ensure effective communication and reporting
Required Skills & Expertise
Must Have
· Proven experience in project leadership (5+ years)
· Strong stakeholder management skills
· Experience with project management methodologies
· Experience leading cross-functional teams
· Strong communication and analytical capabilities
· Dutch fluency (C2 level)
Should Have / Nice to Have
· Experience in energy or utilities sector
· Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence)
· Prince2 certification
Soft Skills
· Strong leadership and ownership mindset
· Excellent communication and influencing skills
· Structured and results-driven approach
· Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity
