You'll be working with a fast\-growing scale\-up where your voice counts, your ideas shape the business, and youâll work side by side with top leaders while building skills that will last a lifetime. Â· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Work on high\-impact client projects across industries in Belgium (and sometimes beyond).
<\/p>

Â· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Take a leading role in M&A, private equity, and growth strategy projects â from commercial due diligence to post\-deal value creation.
<\/p>

Â· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Collaborate directly with senior leaders â both internally and with our clients, including investors, executives, and founders.
<\/p>

Â· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Learn fast in a close\-knit, entrepreneurial environment where mentorship and knowledge\-sharing are part of daily life.

<\/p>

As a Senior Business Consultant youâll take ownership, drive change, and build strong client relationships. Your work may include:
<\/div>

<\/div>

Â· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Leading client interviews to understand needs, business models, and ambitions.
<\/p>

Â· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Conducting commercial due diligence to assess market potential, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities.
<\/p>

Â· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Supporting private equity and corporate clients with investment theses, strategic reviews, and value\-creation plans.
<\/p>

Â· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Building dashboards, reports, and financial models that bring clarity to complexity.
<\/p>

Â· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Screening markets and identifying opportunities for organic or inorganic growth.
<\/p>

Â· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Designing and implementing improved business processes and services.
<\/p>

Â· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Taking the lead on internal initiatives that strengthen our sustainable growth.
<\/p>

Requirements<\/h3>

Â· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Masterâs degree with strong academic results (Business Engineering, Engineering, or a related field with a love for business & analytics).
<\/p>

Â· <\/span><\/span><\/span>3 years of professional experience, ideally in management consulting, M&A advisory, private equity, or corporate strategy.
<\/p>

Â· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong analytical skills and experience with market assessments, business plans, or financial modelling.
<\/p>

Â· <\/span><\/span><\/span>A natural communicator who can connect, inspire, and present effectively.
<\/p>

Â· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Fluent in English, with Dutch and\/or French as a strong asset.
<\/p>
