Intro
RELYzIT Talent is seeking an elite IAM Role Modeler for a high-impact, freelance mission in Brussels. This is your opportunity to shape the future of Identity and Access Management (IAM) for our client, driving NIS2 compliance and digital transformation at scale. Join a community where your expertise is valued, your outcomes matter, and your VECTOR7™ credential sets you apart.
Why This Role Matters
As organizations accelerate their digital journeys, robust IAM is mission-critical. The stakes are high: your leadership will safeguard business continuity and enable secure innovation.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading the comprehensive inventory and mapping of applications, collaborating with application managers to document and centralize authorization levels.
- Coordinating, facilitating, and coaching workshops with business stakeholders to model and validate access roles, ensuring alignment with business security requirements.
- Driving the formalization and validation of access catalog management processes, including onboarding, modification, and decommissioning of applications, as well as the management of business roles (RBAC) and automatic authorization rules (ABAC).
- Defining and documenting eligibility criteria for new applications, covering connectivity standards, security requirements, and operational guidelines.
- Championing IAM guidelines awareness among process stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition to operationalized IAM processes.
- Delivering a comprehensive access catalog, a robust onboarding/modification framework for applications within the IGA, and effective knowledge transfer to internal teams.
- Ensuring the quality, consistency, and enrichment of all IAM deliverables through active participation and coordination.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), with a focus on IGA implementation and NIS2 compliance.
- Mastery in asset and role modeling, with deep knowledge of RBAC and ABAC frameworks.
- Advanced skills in business and functional analysis, with a track record of translating complex requirements into actionable solutions.
- Exceptional coordination and facilitation abilities, capable of leading cross-functional workshops and driving consensus among diverse stakeholders.
- Strong commitment to data quality, process consistency, and documentation excellence.
- Autonomous, proactive, and impact-driven mindset—builders who take ownership and deliver outcomes, not just outputs.
