We build and manage remote operational support and development teams, while also supporting our freelance collaborators during their journey.
Our client is an Odoo partner that creates smart, tailor-made solutions that help companies work faster, smarter, and more efficiently with Odoo. They are a young and driven team that values quality, collaboration, and innovation. They are looking for an ERP Consultant to lead Odoo implementations end-to-end, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams while ensuring successful delivery, user adoption, and long-term client success.
Responsibilities
- Analyse business processes and translate client requirements into scalable Odoo ERP solution;
- Configure and implement Odoo modules, perform gap analysis, and recommend best-fit solutions within the Odoo ecosystem;
- Prepare functional specifications, user stories, process documentation, and collaborate closely with developers on custom developments;
- Lead testing, UAT, training sessions, deployment, and go-live activities;
- Provide functional support, guide clients throughout the implementation journey, and maintain clear, proactive communication.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Economics, Business, or a related field;
- Proven experience as a Functional ERP Consultant (former Odoo experience is a big advantage);
- Strong understanding of business processes and ERP implementations across multiple functional domains;
- Experience writing functional specifications and translating business requirements into development tasks;
- Hands-on experience with testing, UAT, end-user training, and deployment activities;
- Experience documenting business processes and system configurations using UML, BPMN, or similar methodologies;
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills;
- Fluent English and Dutch are mandatory. Additional languages are a plus.
