YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO P&G’S SUCCESS:

• Conducting qualitative and quantitative research to gather insights on consumer behavior and preferences, particularly focusing on German-speaking markets.

• Analyzing data to identify trends and translate findings into actionable recommendations for product innovation.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and refine product concepts based on consumer feedback.

• Designing and executing consumer tests to validate new ideas and prototypes.

• Presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders to influence product development strategies.

• Gaining hands-on experience in consumer research and innovation processes.

• Managing your own projects from day one, addressing real challenges and implementing solutions.

• Enhancing your collaboration and management skills through practical experiences and interactive training.

• Working within a dynamic international environment, engaging with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.

Our internships typically last 4-6 months, with opportunities for longer placements (up to 1 year) and flexible start dates. Additionally, internship opportunities in our technical centers in Germany may also be discussed during the recruiting process.

What You Can Expect from Your Internship Projects: Your projects may involve:

• Developing new methodologies to capture consumer insights effectively.

• Creating prototypes that address identified consumer needs.

• Collaborating with product development teams to ensure consumer-driven innovation.

• Utilizing advanced analytical tools to evaluate consumer data and improve product offerings.

• Participating in workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster creative solutions.

Job Qualifications

YOU ARE THE RIGHT FIT IF YOU ARE/HAVE:

• A Master's student at a European university, ideally studying scientific subjects

• Fluent in German with the ability to conduct research; good command of English

• Enrolled at your university for the entire duration of the internship.

• A demonstrated history of academic excellence throughout your education.

• Strong analytical skills and a passion for understanding consumer behavior.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
