We are looking for an Azure and Entra ID Support Team Member (Medior) for its SPIA service desk. This service desk is responsible for:
- Following up and resolving incidents, information requests and service requests within the security, privacy and identity & access management (IAM) team, the Infrastructure & DevOps team and the account management team (managing on- and offboardings of customers, both technical and administrative)
- Realising and/or following up on "changes" within the above-mentioned teams.
- Drafting (based on verbal input), monitoring and following up on security & privacy policies, standards, procedures and guidelines.
- Collaborate with and provide support to stakeholders and Client employees.
