  • Brand Management & Creative Studio – part of the Communications department – is the 'internal advertising agency' of Client. In consultation with their internal customers (the Corporate Communication and Marketing departments) and a number of external partner companies, a dozen employees work on creative concepts and assets that bring Client' communication to life, online and offline (copywriting, graphic design, photography, video, newsletters, social, etc.).
  • Brand Management & Creative Studio is starting a 'pilot project planning/traffic'. We are looking for a temporary colleague who will investigate how we arrive at the ideal processes and structure in the field of planning and traffic management. You also test this structure yourself and take on a guiding role.
  • In your role, you help build a well-oiled flow and projects that run 'on brief, on time and on budget', from briefing to delivery – for all involved. By developing and testing an efficient planning and traffic approach, you ensure that creative talent can focus on creation and that internal customers are supported faster and better.
  • In this way, you help lay the foundation for a successful future of Brand Management and Creative Studio. Building on this test, we want to arrive at a definitive approach/organization in 2027.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • You work according to a specific step-by-step plan, in coordination with the head of the Studio:
  • Analysis of the current situation, by following and mapping the operation of Brand Management & Creative Studio in terms of traffic and planning. You will also investigate the collaboration and interactions with internal customers.
  • Developing a sustainable structure (processes, tools and roles) in terms of traffic and planning. This should optimize the operation of Studio in a cost-efficient way.
  • Introducing, testing and adjusting this structure within Studio. Within this structure, you are the first point of contact for all those involved (manager, internal customers and creatives) during the test itself, and the driving force in the field of planning and traffic. You are the operational 'liaison officer' between all those involved, inside and outside Client. You do this by:
  • Drafting, monitoring and optimizing the project planning for all current assignments within Studio.
  • Processing briefings into concrete timelines, deliverables and capacity estimates.
  • Setting priorities in the event of peak loads and making decisions where necessary.
  • Mapping and allocating capacity of creative employees.
  • Provide extra support (internal or external) in good time when internal capacity becomes too tight.
  • Planning coordination with creative teams, executives, and internal customers
  • Facilitating stand-ups, weekly schedules, and status updates.
  • Creating clarity: who does what, by when and under what conditions.
  • Management of supporting tools.
  • Building a bridge from planning and traffic to budget management (follow-up costs
  • Include additional tasks and/or set up desired structures related to the operational flow within Studio, and that improve the operation in terms of planning and traffic. You proactively make suggestions for this, based on your expertise and analysis.
