They are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Strategy Analyst to join their team in Brussels. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments. As a Strategy Analyst, you will play a crucial role in shaping our company’s strategic direction by providing insightful analysis and recommendations.


  • Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strategic models and frameworks to support business planning and decision-making processes.
  • Analyze internal and external data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Assist in the formulation and implementation of strategic initiatives, business plans, and performance improvement projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information, validate hypotheses, and drive strategic projects.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports, presentations, and dashboards for stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and suggest adjustments as needed.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging market opportunities.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in strategy consulting, business analysis, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Dutch and/or French is highly desirable.
