Misisons :

• Manage site access and adapt arrangements as the project evolves.
• Implement quick wins to improve safety, organization and efficiency.
• Conduct weekly safety tours and issue clear action‑oriented minutes.
• Support HSE teams in maintaining a safe and compliant site.
• Oversee temporary facilities, access routes, parking and storage areas.
• Optimize laydown areas and material flow with EPC contractor.
• Perform audits, inspections and targeted control plans.
• Support first‑fire readiness from an HSE perspective.
• Deliver toolbox talks and contribute to site safety communication.
• Manage neighbor relations and follow up on concerns.
• Escalate recurring issues or unsafe trends when needed.

• Strong field experience in construction, industrial projects or energy.
• Practical HSE background with action‑oriented mindset.
• Good understanding of site logistics and contractor coordination.
• Comfortable in an international, multidisciplinary environment.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Proactive, hands‑on, solution‑driven.
• Ability to challenge constructively.
• Regular on‑site presence required.
