- We are looking for a Senior AI Developer who will take AI solutions from idea and prototype to a scalable, safe and reliable production environment. You will help build hands-on three strategic AI use cases on Microsoft Azure, from development and integration to testing, deployment and monitoring.
The role
- You will design and develop generative AI and machine learning solutions with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI and Python. You'll build Python services, REST APIs, integrations, and intelligent automations, and set up RAG, vector search, and enterprise knowledge retrieval. You set up testing, evaluation, logging, monitoring and observability, and automate builds and deployments via Git, Azure DevOps and CI/CD. You translate security, privacy, compliance and governance requirements into technical controls and development standards.
- You will help bring proof of concepts to production with an eye for scalability, maintainability and cost efficiency, develop reusable components and best practices, and support junior developers through pairing, code reviews and knowledge sharing. You will work closely with business stakeholders, Business Automation Analysts, Product Owners, architects and other developers.
Profile
- At least 5 years of experience as a software developer, AI engineer or solution engineer
- Proven experience in setting up and industrializing AI solutions in Azure
- Strong in Python and software engineering principles (clean code, testing, version control)
- Experience with cloud-native integration patterns, identity and access management and integrations with enterprise applications
- Independent, takes ownership, formulates technical proposals and communicates clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Pragmatic, critical and result-oriented; takes initiative, challenges existing solutions and consciously opts for manageable, scalable technology with a focus on business value
