- The main responsibility of the IT Project Manager Doc Mgt Senior is to ensure the management of several business-IT projects in the field of document management including electronic signature, as well as the implementation of test management, in accordance with Client standards, for a number of strategic projects.

In this role, he will be responsible for:
- Manage open files, decisions, risks, contracts, schedules and actions.
- Define and maintain scope, PBS/WBS, schedule, budget, resources, dependencies, assumptions, risks, and outcomes.
- Organize SteerCos, prepare decisions and maintain reliable PSR reporting.
- Manage suppliers, commitments, SLAs, deliverables and escalations.
- Contribute to special specifications and analysis of offers with Purchasing, Vendor Management and technical experts.
- Organize pilots, tests, UAT, acceptance criteria, reconciliation, cutover/rollback and release validation.
- Lead change management, communication and coordination of impacted users.
- Prepare documentation, knowledge transfer and Move2Run to the operational teams.
- Ensure alignment with GDPR, ISO 27001, NIS2 and applicable security policies.
- Support the harmonization of PM practices.
- Throughout your assignment, you comply with GDPR, ISO27001 and NIS2 rules
