As Project Manager/Business Analyst, you will lead the implementation project of the European Digital ID Wallet within our digital channels environment. You will be responsible for managing the project from initiation to delivery, ensuring that this is seamlessly integrated into our existing digital channels and provides a world-class customer experience.
Accountabilities:
Your responsibilities as Project Manager/Business Analyst will be to- Manage the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closure
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders, including customer experience, marketing, and operations teams
- Collaborate with the solution design team to develop a solution that meets business requirements and is aligned with the company's digital strategy
- Manage the development and testing of the solution, including integration with existing digital channels and systems
- Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation plans, and project schedules
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including IT, customer experience, and marketing teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Manage project risks, issues, and changes, and develop mitigation plans as needed
- Develop and manage project budgets
- Ensure that the EU Digital ID Wallet is deployed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Education:
Master’s degree with relevant experience in similar projects.
Certification:
Certification in Project Management Methodology is a plus.
Required experience / knowledge:
15+ years of experience in Project Management and Business Analysis, preferably within a Daily Banking / Digital Channels environment.
Technical experience:
Proven experience in managing projects involving multiple stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.
