We’re seeking a Technical Trainer with a strong engineering mindset and a passion for developing people. In this role, you’ll design and deliver hands-on training for maintenance teams on advanced food packaging and processing machinery — turning technical curiosity into real-world expertise.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging technical and safety training (classroom and on-floor)
- Create hybrid learning paths for new and experienced technicians
- Collaborate on training materials and pilot installations for practical learning
- Track progress and continuously improve training quality
- Promote a learning culture across maintenance teams
Profile
- 5+ years’ technical experience (maintenance or similar)
- Strong communicator and motivator
- Safety-focused, digitally savvy, and eager to innovate in learning
- Fluent in English (Dutch or French a plus)
- Flexible for day and 2-shift systems
