As a Scrum Master within Client, you are the person who takes teams in tow for a smooth Scrum operation. You support the self-management of teams by using Agile principles and have a positive influence on mutual trust. You give constructive feedback with the aim of getting teams to respond better to customer demand.

To this end, you will take on the following core tasks:

Organising, facilitating and coaching Scrum events both within a team and across Scrum teams.
Supporting the Product Owner in filling in all aspects of the role (including backlog management and prioritization based on value creation for Client).
Ensure that the business is part of the team and form the bridge between the team and other stakeholders.
Ensuring that there is a transparent report on operation and progress.
Stimulating a positive team climate and putting into practice the Scrum values: commitment, courage, focus, openness and respect.
Coaching the team and removing obstacles that may hinder the achievement of the objectives.
Actively guiding and supporting junior Scrum Masters through coaching, knowledge sharing and exchanging best practices.
Ensure that the team's productivity continues to grow through continuous improvement.
