What are we looking for?
We are looking for a consultant with a strong affinity for the energy and utility sector who understands the transformative impact of digitalization and wants to drive it. You will act as the bridge between business and IT in complex transformation projects, helping energy companies innovate and operate more effectively.
Affinity with the energy or utilities sector; relevant experience is a strong plus
Passion for digital innovation and how technology reshapes the energy landscape
Analytical, proactive, and pragmatic: you solve problems and take ownership
Strong communicator, comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders
Master's degree; background in energy, utilities, and/or IT is valued
Native Dutch or French speaker, proficient in both + English
Able to work independently and collaboratively; structured in setting priorities
What will you do for us?
Translate energy business needs into clear IT requirements: gathering, analysing, and consolidating them across stakeholders
Lead or support business process modelling and requirements workshops
Serve as the link between business and technology partners throughout the project lifecycle
Help customers innovate by enabling new digital capabilities in existing or emerging energy business models
Contribute to and support the strategic goals of your clients
