Excited by the rapid evolution of Generative AI and eager to turn innovative ideas into scalable AI solutions?
Join our AI Competence Centre and work on influential projects for clients such as ING, Belfius, P&V, Euroclear and SWIFT. You'll work on innovative AI initiatives within our AI Lab, while supporting financial institutions with projects ranging from AI-powered KYC solutions and multi-agent platforms to AI-enabled transformation toolkits and broader GenAI adoption programmes.

Your skills & qualifications:
- A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field
- Fluent in English and French or Dutch
- Experience with Python for LLM integration and the development of GenAI workflows
- Experience with guiding LLM and embedding models, RAG frameworks (e.g. LangChain, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex), and vector databases and search solutions (e.g. Pinecone, Elasticsearch, Azure AI Search, Chroma, Weaviate)
- Skilled in prompt engineering, orchestration, templating, versioning, and evaluation to ensure high-quality outputs
- Proven ability to deploy and automate GenAI workflows in production environments
- Experience with AI safety measures, including guardrails, safety filters, prompt-injection mitigation, and inference cost management
