- We are looking for a SharePoint / M365 specialist who can develop an intranet both technically and functionally. Our current intranet is built in Paddle/Drupal. You will guide the process from analysis and structure to configuration, governance and user adoption. You also have an affinity with internal communication. The substantive and editorial work (such as writing style and content choices) is mainly taken up by the communication team, with whom you work closely. The communication team has also already held the first thinking exercises and workshops on the structure, content and structure of pages, which you further translate and concretize into SharePoint building blocks such as content types. Within the organization, we already have a SharePoint specialist who will be responsible for setting up and configuring the environment.
- We go for configuration out of the box as much as possible and as little custom development as possible.
- Of course, the end product must look attractive and follow the house style of the Department of Care.
- Some examples of desired core functionalities: a who's who, a high-performance search, a hero navigation (you work out the information architecture together with the communication), a workflow for news items on the homepage, ...
- We also want to evaluate any integrations with other Office applications (Teams) or AI. We already have many different SharePoint sites, especially for document management. We also have to see if integrations are possible there. Some departments within the Department of Care already have their own mini-intranet for their own department. They must also be able to be found via this general intranet.
- Further suggestions in consultation with the Communications Team are of course welcome.
