We ARE looking for an external contractor to provide technical and operational support for the follow-up of customer connection study files within the Connection Office.
The role focuses on coordination, documentation, data quality and administrative-technical follow-up of grid user connection requests, in collaboration with internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Register, structure and update customer connection study files.
- Check technical, customer and project information for completeness.
- Coordinate missing information, actions and deliverables with stakeholders.
- Monitor milestones, deadlines and dependencies.
- Prepare draft offers, connection-contract documentation and technical annexes.
- Perform first-level checks on data quality and document consistency.
- Ensure proper document version control, traceability and storage.
- Support operational customer communication and follow-up.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization.
- Technical Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in industrial engineering, electromechanics, electricity, energy technology, business engineering or a related field.
- Experience in technical coordination, customer operations, contract/document management, engineering support, energy operations or regulated processes.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to coordinate stakeholders and manage deadlines.
- Dutch and French, with professional English.
- Comfortable working with digital tools and technical documentation.
For non-EU candidates: a valid Belgian work permit and residence permit are required.
