As a Solution Architect, you will work at our headquarters in the heart of Antwerp and you will be part of our IT department, consisting of about thirty colleagues. These are divided into 3 teams: IT Infrastructure/Operations, Security and IT Solutions. Within IT Solutions you are jointly responsible for analyzing/designing and testing/releasing solutions within various projects.

What will you do?

You collect and understand the needs of the business and translate them into functional specifications for IT.
You will analyze interdependencies of functional and non-functional requirements.
You create functional solution designs and conceptual/logical models.
You define acceptance criteria together with business stakeholders.
You will supervise projects from conceptualization to implementation.
You prepare test scripts, execute them and report on the results.
You will support stakeholders during their testing phase and identify bugs and change requests.
You identify user needs and make proposals for improvement.
You help think about the future application landscape and the need for standardization.

Who are we looking for?

5 to 10 years of experience in a similar position, with supply chain experience (must-have).
Strong expertise in requirements engineering, functional analysis, business analysis and project management.
Affinity with the technical side of processes; You can talk to both developers and business.
Experience with modeling and the associated tools.
Agile work experience (Scrum Master / Product Owner certification is a plus).
Very good knowledge of Dutch, good knowledge of English.
