Every 6 months, PepsiCo BeNeLux welcomes new talent just like you. Our internship program for (near-)graduates offers meaningful projects, mentorship and plenty of opportunities to grow your skills through hands-on experience. It’s not just on-the-job learning, but a chance to develop both personally and professionally.

The Intern will play a key supporting role within the Retail & Hard Discount sales team, helping drive operational excellence, customer support, reporting, and project execution. The position offers broad exposure to customer management, category insights, promotional planning, and commercial decision-making while working closely with Account Managers and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Sales Team with day-to-day customer and business follow-up activities.
- Support the coordination and follow-up of promotional activities with internal stakeholders and customers.
- Prepare and maintain customer performance reports, sales dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses.
- Support assortment reviews and maintain customer-specific product databases and files.
- Monitor open action items and facilitate follow-up with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Category Management, and Customer Service teams.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve reporting, processes, and ways of working within the team.

Qualifications
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Has strong analytical skills and is comfortable working with data and Excel.
- Is well-organized and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Has excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Takes initiative and proactively looks for ways to support the team.
- Pays attention to detail while keeping the bigger picture in mind.
- Is eager to learn, curious about customers and market dynamics, and willing to take ownership of tasks.
- Enjoys working in a cross-functional environment with different stakeholders.
- Is fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a big plus.
