Salesforce Solution Architect – Gentle/Allis

• A temporary assignment of 4 months, with a chance of extension, within the Social Interpreting and Translation (STV) service on the Allis platform.
• The consultant takes on a mixed role between Solution Architect, Functional Analyst and Business Analyst. The focus of the assignment is on organizing and facilitating workshops with the business, capturing and analyzing requirements, translating business processes into clear functional analyses, user stories and acceptance criteria, and working out a feasible solution direction up to and including POC and configuration/construction supervision in Salesforce.
• The consultant monitors the functional coherence of the solution across the various STV processes and coordinates with business stakeholders, internal teams and implementation partners.

 The assignment includes:

• Analyzing and validating business processes;
• Organizing and supervising workshops;
• Capturing and structuring requirements;
• Translating into functional analysis, solution design, user stories and acceptance criteria;
• Developing a POC in Salesforce;
• Supervising the functional elaboration up to and including configuration/construction;
• Stakeholder management and coordination on priorities, scope and solution choices;
• Support in UAT preparation and validation of end-to-end business flows.
   
• Important: this is not a purely technical architecture role, nor is it a pure developer role. We are explicitly looking for a consultant who is strong in business workshops, analysis and functional design, and at the same time is sufficiently hands-on in Salesforce to help guide configuration choices.

Context

Technical context:

• The assignment is situated within the Gentle/Allis program (Salesforce) and builds on an existing solution for the Social Interpreting and Translation (STV) service.

The technical context includes, in particular:

• Salesforce Experience Cloud for the STV portal operation;
• Salesforce processes and configuration in an existing Allis environment;
• Functional alignment with internal processes and existing business flows;
• interfaces with video and telephone interpreting, accounting/subsidies, data migration, permissions/sharing, UAT and DPIA impact;
• Collaboration with internal AGII teams and external partners in an iterative approach.
• Within this context, the consultant must be able to form a bridge between business and solution, and to translate functional analyses into a concrete, feasible structure within Salesforce. Experience with Experience Cloud, portal workings and analyzing processes in an existing Salesforce environment is therefore essential. After all, the open STV scope explicitly still includes work on Experience Cloud/portal, UAT, video and telephone interpreting, exchange with accounting/subsidies and DPIA
