This is a confidential Concierge Physician mandate for a private family in Dubai, open to UK & European-trained clinicians.
Standards are high for this concierge physician position, within the privacy of the family home.
When the family's calendar turns to Europe, you hold the same exacting standard of care in every residence.
Our assessment of the concierge physician covers registration, references and clinical history; any offer comes from the family, and you accept it directly with them.
Requirements
A verified record of a medical degree and current registration as a family medicine physician (GP) is the first requirement, with documents available for our checks.
We look for 5+ years of clinical experience behind the concierge physician, checked against employer references.
The shortlist for the concierge physician is drawn from UK and European registers, and it is verified at source.
English must be fluent enough for clinical handovers and written notes, and we test this before an introduction is made.
You should be comfortable with short-notice departures, with the continuity the family expects.
Benefits
Salary: £218,000 a year gross.
The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances.
Free accommodation provided by the family.
Medical insurance covered.
Professional indemnity insurance is not included; the clinician arranges their own cover.
A settled, long-term arrangement is intended, with leave agreed at the outset in your contract.
Your appointment is documented in a contract with the family, once the family has met you.
Flights and travel are always paid for by the family.
Engagement essentials
Availability to begin within six weeks of offer.
Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice.
Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
