The Systems Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the system infrastructures as well as for managing their evolution. He will ensure the operational supervision of the infrastructure team, the budget monitoring of the service, the management of assets and licenses as well as the coordination of technical projects related to the organization's infrastructures.
The skills required for this mission are:
- Administer and maintain Microsoft Windows Server environments.
- Administer Active Directory, ADFS DNS, DHCP, GPO, and PKI services.
- Administer Microsoft 365 services (Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, and OneDrive).
- Administer Microsoft SQL Server databases.
- Manage security certificates and their lifecycle.
- Administer VMware virtualization infrastructures (ESXi, vCenter, Site Recovery Manager, and vSphere Replication).
- Administer and optimize Dell EMC Unity storage infrastructures.
- Administer and maintain the Commvault backup platform.
- Administer and maintain APC equipment (UPS, PDU, management cards, alerting and supervision).
- Deploy, administer, and maintain the Lansweeper IT inventory solution.
- Deploy, administer, and maintain the WhatsUp Gold monitoring solution.
- Deploy, administer, and maintain the With Secure antivirus solution.
- Keep the ArnoHR and NetLink app up to date.
- Administer and provide support for the GoBright meeting room booking system.
- Ensure the administration, configuration and maintenance in operational condition of the multimedia and videoconferencing equipment of the meeting rooms.
- Manage software licenses and compliance.
- Ensure the management of the inventory and the life cycle of system equipment.
- Ensure the availability, performance, and security of system infrastructures.
- Ensure the drafting and updating of technical documentation.
- Occupy a technology watch role.
- Ability to manage infrastructure projects (servers, virtualization, storage, backup and cloud services).
Complementary skills sought
- Experience in managing suppliers and maintenance contracts.
- Experience in managing software licenses and support contracts.
- Experience in developing and monitoring an operating budget.
- Knowledge of data center management and operations.
- Experience in implementing and testing disaster recovery plans (DRP).
