Mission:

The client is replacing an outdated business application with a new regulatory management application focused on the complete traceability of files, from their origin to the final decision. Data from the current application will be transferred.
Development will be done in Java (Spring Boot) and Angular.
The application includes a back office with an interface for administrative staff; the front office for external users will be accessed through the existing online administration portal.

Scope:

File and external stakeholder management, control and decision workflows, business rules configurable by administrators, history tracking and traceability, financial calculations, reporting, geographic data.
Integrations: web-based accounting tool, official data sources, exports to official bodies, online government portal.

Activities:

Participate in refining the backlog and contribute to the functional analysis;
Design the data model and application architecture, in conjunction with the architect;
Develop back-end services, back-office screens, integration with the online portal and interfaces with third-party systems;
Take into account the security requirements related to opening the application to the outside;
Implement tests and correct anomalies; perform data migration;
Deploy to the administration environments; document according to its standards;
Participate in agile ceremonies.

Deliverables:

Application increments tested at each iteration; versioned and documented source code; up-to-date technical and functional documentation; data recovery scripts and reports.
