Join our Transformation team as a Project Manager and help deliver complex transformation programmes. Think core banking and insurance transformations, digital customer journeys, target operating model redesigns, regulatory initiatives, and much more.

Your skills & qualifications
We are looking for a transformation professional who combines consulting mindset with delivery ownership.
- Fluency in Dutch or French and English
- +5 years of experience in consulting, project management, or transformation roles within the Financial Services Industry.
- Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, SAFe, Prince2, PMP, or equivalent) is an advantage, but practical delivery experience matters most.
- Proven experience managing complex projects or workstreams in banking, insurance, payments, or asset management.
- Strong background in transformation domains such as operating model change, digital transformation, regulatory programmes, or large-scale process optimisation.
- Demonstrated project management skills (planning, governance, risk management, stakeholder alignment).
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills; comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
