Join Scitech-EKIUM and lead exciting CAPEX Engineering projects in the Life Sciences industry. We're looking for an experienced Project Manager who enjoys leading teams, delivering successful projects and driving high standards of quality and performance.

Scitech-EKIUM is a specialist design and engineering company supporting the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and radiopharmaceutical sectors. We work closely with our clients to deliver innovative, high-quality engineering solutions.
Your Role
As a Project Manager, you'll lead CAPEX / Engineering projects from concept through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll build strong relationships with clients, manage multiple engineering projects, and work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful project outcomes while exceeding customer expectations.
Location
Either in the Antwerp area or Leiden area.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects through all stages, ensuring successful delivery.
- Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
- Mentor and support team members to build a positive, collaborative culture.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Support business development by contributing to tenders and proposals.
- Manage project budgets, costs, contracts, and change control.
- Deliver profitable projects that meet business objectives.
- Work closely with colleagues across the business to achieve shared goals.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in project delivery.
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience managing CAPEX engineering projects within the Life Sciences industry.
- Skilled in operational management, financial planning, and mitigating project risks.
- A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Strategic, adaptable, and solution-focused, with the ability to lead in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledgeable of regulatory landscapes, GEP/GMP standards, and industry practices.
