About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our Belgium business and play a central role in driving financial performance, strengthening financial processes and supporting our commercial and operational ambitions.


This is more than a traditional finance role. You’ll work closely with the local management team, providing financial insight, challenging performance and helping shape the commercial and financial agenda. With a strong market position and ambitions to continue growing and winning market share, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact on the future of the Belgium business.


You’ll also work with colleagues across the wider Western Europe organisation and Centre of Excellence, giving you exposure to different markets and cultures, while joining a team that values new perspectives, innovation and new ways of working.

What You’ll Do

As Finance Business Partner, you will have a broad and commercially focused remit, including:


  • Be part of the local management team and help drive the commercial and financial agenda for the Belgium business.
  • Drive financial performance, transparency, predictability and forecast accuracy.
  • Provide analytical, financial and business support to inform decision-making.
  • Support actual reporting, budgeting, forecasting and governance processes, including business reviews.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the business and use financial insight to identify opportunities and improve performance.
  • Contribute to and lead finance and business improvement projects.
  • Support performance improvements and turnarounds where required.
  • Prepare and contribute to presentations for senior management.
  • Provide financial control to ensure compliance with company requirements and local legislation.
  • Manage and develop the local Finance team.
  • Lead internal and external audit processes, including statutory accounts.
  • Support financial planning, controlling, FP&A and internal audit activities.
  • Collaborate with the wider Western Europe finance organisation and Centre of Excellence.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who combines strong finance expertise with a genuine commercial mindset.


You will ideally have:


  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Sales Controller or in a similar role.
  • Strong experience in sales, pricing and strategy.
  • Proven experience managing a full P&L.
  • Experience working with significant sales volumes.
  • Sales controlling and P&L management experience.
  • Experience working within an international and matrix organisation.
  • Strong analytical, structured and solution-oriented thinking.
  • The ability to present complex financial topics clearly and understandably.
  • Experience with SAP and Google Workspace.
  • Ideally, knowledge of SOX or J-SOX.
  • Fluency in French, Dutch and English.
