The energy landscape is changing very quickly and at Client we want to respond to this in a very agile way. We are looking for a hands-on Supply Chain Consultant who bridges the gap between business, data and technology.
We are looking for a hands-on Supply Chain Consultant who bridges the gap between business, supply chain, data and technology.

You start from the reality as it exists today: operational processes, business knowledge and data that are often spread over different systems and Excel files. You are willing to descend to the level of the source data, dissect existing Excel models and understand the business logic behind them.
From there, you translate this information into a robust and future-oriented data model that forms the basis for new analytical and predictive applications.
The goal is emphatically not only to report historical figures. You will use data and supply chain knowledge to develop a solution that allows us to look ahead, calculate scenarios and better predict future needs, volumes and capacities.

Specifically, we expect you to:

Analyze existing Excel files and data sources down to the lowest relevant level of detail;
Understand and critically question the underlying supply chain processes, assumptions, parameters and business logic;
Consolidates and structures fragmented and unstructured data;
Makes the step from Excel -> structured data -> data model -> analytics -> forecasting/solution;
Design a logical, high-performance and reusable data model;
Help design and document the functional and data architecture of the future solution in a blueprint;
Translates predictive models and scenario analyses into a practical tool for the business;
Work closely with supply chain experts, key users, data engineers and other stakeholders;
Not only provides an analysis or prototype, but also helps ensure a sustainable, scalable solution.
