What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and coordinate end-to-end IT infrastructure and security projects, from inception to delivery.
• Identify and engage all relevant stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Define project scope, deliverables, schedules, and budgets, translating business needs into actionable plans.
• Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
• Drive change management: analyze the impact of changes, implement necessary actions, and ensure smooth transitions.
• Facilitate the transfer of project knowledge to operational teams, ensuring business continuity and seamless handover to "business as usual" mode.
• Apply best practices in project management and service management to deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable infrastructure solutions.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners, including managing RFI/RFP processes and vendor selection.
• Lead projects covering a broad range of domains: Compute & Storage, Network, Data Center, Virtualization, Hybrid Cloud, Digital Workplace, and Telephony infrastructure.
• Champion security by integrating infrastructure technologies, controls, and best practices into every project.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as an ICT Project Manager, with a track record of delivering complex infrastructure and security projects.
• Expertise in project management methodologies, including risk and issue management, and the use of industry-standard tools.
• Demonstrated ability to apply Service Management best practices (ITIL, etc.).
• Hands-on experience managing infrastructure projects involving Cloud migration and/or IT security technologies and controls.
• Experience leading projects in at least four of the following domains: Compute & Storage, Network, Data Center, Virtualization, Hybrid Cloud, Digital Workplace, Telephony infrastructure.
• Strong background in security infrastructure technologies, controls, and best practices.
• Ownership mindset: you take initiative, solve problems, and drive outcomes that make a measurable impact.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced, transformation-focused environment.
• Experience with RFI/RFP processes and identification of external partners.
• Experience working at a Distribution Network Operator is a plus.
• Experience with ATRIAS is an advantage.

Technical Skills

• Project management methodologies (PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent preferred)
• Service Management frameworks (ITIL v3 or higher required)
• Cloud migration and hybrid cloud infrastructure
• Security infrastructure technologies and controls
• Compute & Storage, Network, Data Center, Virtualization, Digital Workplace, Telephony infrastructure
• Risk and issue management tools
• Change management processes

Language Proficiency

• Fluent in English (required)
• Fluent in French or Dutch, with at least passive knowledge (B1) of the other (required)

Other Requirements

• Certification in ITIL (minimum v3) (should have)
• Certified in Project Management (PRINCE2, PMP, etc.) (should have)
• Experience with ATRIAS (should have)

You will join the Digital Business Solutions (DBS) department, supporting business activities with robust and evolving information systems. The IT Infrastructure unit leads the transformation and operation of IT and OT infrastructures, driving projects that secure and evolve the digital backbone of the organization.
