Join our Transformation team as a Business Analyst and help deliver complex transformation programmes. Think core banking and insurance transformations, digital customer journeys, target operating model redesigns, regulatory initiatives, and much more.

Your skills & qualifications
- Fluency in English and Dutch or French
- +3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or Consultant within Financial Services.
- Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
- Understanding of banking, insurance, payments, and/or risk & compliance domains.
- Experience working on transformation or change initiatives.
- Excellent analytical and structuring skills; able to translate complexity into clear insights.
- Experience with requirements management and stakeholder engagement.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery approaches.
- Proactive, client‑focused, and comfortable in consulting environments.
