Hardware Technician Cleanroom – Graduate Program
What you will do
- Perform preventive maintenance and technical checks on equipment, following checklists and procedures
- Troubleshooting technical issues
- Carry out repairs
- Register maintenance activities and observations accurately
- Discuss observations and findings with tool owners
- Assist tool owners during repairs and equipment installations
- Report completed work and improvement opportunities in a structured way

We’ll welcome you with open arms if:
- You wrap up your 7th year specialization year, graduate degree or final professional bachelor’s year in Electromechanics, Electronics, Electricity or Mechanics, or equal by experience, with a strong interest in maintenance and technology.
- You have interest in or first exposure to working in a cleanroom or controlled environment
- You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get down to business.
- You are passionate about advanced technology and equipment, with technical knowledge of pneumatics, pumps, motors, electronics and (electro)mechanics.
- You are Safetyminded, hands-on, have a great eye for detail and are a true team player.
- You have a continuous improvement mindset — you like making things better
- You are comfortable working in an international environment where English is the professional language.
