Junior Development Consultant

Your Responsibilities:
As a Junior Developer, you contribute to the technical evolution of the MECOMS solution by building high‑quality modifications, integrations, and extensions. You work closely with senior team members to understand customer needs and translate them into robust technical solutions. In this role, you have the opportunity to grow your skills across a wide range of technologies such as C#, .NET, MS Dynamics 365, JavaScript, Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure‑based platforms.
You collaborate with functional consultants and developers to deliver reliable, scalable components while continuously learning best practices in software development. With coaching and guidance, you gradually take ownership of your work and develop into a fully independent technical consultant within the MECOMS ecosystem.
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in (applied) informatics, electronics/ICT, computer science, or graduating soon
- Passion for software development with a clear interest in back‑end technologies
- Dynamic team player with strong communication skills and a sense of responsibility
- Eager to learn new technologies and grow your technical expertise
- Flexible and willing to travel to clients; international project opportunities are available if desired
- Strong knowledge of Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus
