- Working alongside multiple product teams, you provide architecture leadership and technical support within the end-to-end data management lifecycle.
- Technical Leadership: Lead technical initiatives, participate directly in development efforts, and represent the full internal and external capabilities of the enterprise data platform.
- Domain Expertise: Proven experience in at least one key track: Analytics & BI development, Data Analysis, Data Engineering, or Platform Administration.
- Platform Architecture: Deep, hands-on knowledge of Azure Data services (e.g., Databricks, ADLS, SQL DB) using technologies like Python and PySpark. Highly experienced in building and maintaining metadata-driven frameworks on Databricks at a senior data engineering level. Additional experience with Angular, Azure Data Factory (ADF), or Power BI is an advantage.
- DevOps Practices: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and automated deployment strategies.
- Enterprise Data Strategy: Proven track record in defining and owning scalable end-to-end Data Architecture in line with enterprise standards. Active involvement in shaping data strategies, governance, master data management (MDM), metadata management, data quality, and data security policies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience collaborating closely with compliance, privacy, risk, information security, support, and operations teams to integrate regulatory and operational requirements into design choices.
- Business Engagement: Eager to build domain business knowledge and translate business needs into technical solutions while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
- Methodology: Strong problem-solving skills, structured execution, and hands-on experience within an Agile/Scrum delivery model. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
