About the Role

RELYzIT Talent is seeking a driven Project Manager for a high-impact, freelance assignment with our client in Belgium. As a key player in the ongoing JustCase program—a central case management system transforming the judicial domain—you will orchestrate multiple projects that are shaping the future of justice technology. What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and manage one or more concurrent projects within the JustCase program, from planning through delivery
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, ICT professionals, and external partners
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and dependency management
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and changes to ensure successful outcomes
• Deliver clear, actionable reporting to governance bodies (Steerco, management) and ensure transparency at every stage
• Maintain high standards for deliverable quality and strict adherence to project deadlines
• Drive stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment and effective communication across all parties
• Promote consistency across projects and alignment with the overall program roadmap
• Champion continuous improvement of project management practices and methodologies

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in IT project management, ideally in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• Proven ability to take ownership, solve problems, and deliver measurable impact
• Strong organizational skills and a structured, analytical mindset
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience with project methodologies such as Agile, Prince2, or PMO
• Drive for continuous improvement and a passion for building solutions that matter

Other Requirements

• Experience in public sector or justice domain is a plus
• Knowledge of case management systems is advantageous

• Partial remote work possible; on-site presence in Belgium required as per project needs

Language Proficiency

• Professional proficiency in English is required
• Knowledge of French or Dutch is a strong advantage
