About Leonardo Belgium
Leonardo Belgium is looking for an ERP Business Analyst to support one of our clients, a leading European institution responsible for shaping global diplomatic strategies in Brussels.
You will join a team within the Digital Solutions Department, supporting administrative and corporate services, including Human Resources and Medical Services.
The team develops, maintains and continuously improves a highly customized ERP environment, supporting complex business processes and integrations across the organisation.
The role combines functional business analysis, ERP advisory, process modelling, information-system analysis and stakeholder coordination in a large-scale international environment.

Job description
As an ERP Business Analyst, you will analyse business needs and existing processes, translate them into functional requirements, and support the evolution of ERP-based solutions used across the organisation.
You will work closely with business users, technical teams, developers, architects and project stakeholders throughout the full lifecycle of digital solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
Analyse complex administrative and corporate business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, simplification and digitalisation.
Gather, challenge and document business and functional requirements from multiple stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria for technical teams.
Model existing and target processes using BPMN and/or UML.
Support the functional evolution and continuous improvement of a highly customized ERP environment.
Analyse organisational structures, existing applications, integrations and dependencies within the broader information-systems landscape.
Analyse corporate data flows between ERP modules and connected systems.
Support the assessment of functional impacts when introducing new features, modules or system changes.
Contribute to solution design discussions together with architects and development teams.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements definition, development follow-up, testing, validation, implementation and continuous improvement.
Support functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Coordinate business and technical stakeholders with different priorities and requirements.
Contribute to Agile ceremonies and project governance using Scrum, Kanban and PM² Agile.
Prepare clear documentation, reports and presentations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Profile
Experience - Requirements
A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Business Analysis, Functional Analysis, ERP consulting or a comparable role
Proven experience working with ERP systems or complex enterprise applications
Experience analysing and improving business processes in medium-to-large organisations
Experience translating business needs into functional and technical requirements
Good understanding of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering through testing and implementation.
Soft Skills
Rapid self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of participating in multi-lingual meetings and facilitating discussions across diverse teams
Strong teamwork abilities with a focus on collaboration in an agile environment
Hard Skills
Knowledge of Business processes & Data analysis and modelling (UML and BPMN)
Familiarity with EU institutions and decision-making processes would be an asset
Tools & Methodologies (client environment)
Tools: Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow
Methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, PM², PM² Agile
