Language Requirement: Full professional English; French required; Dutch is a plus
Job Description
Athora Belgium is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support the Life Insurance division, specifically in portfolio migration and commercial development projects.
You will be part of a multidisciplinary team of 10 people (actuaries, business analysts, testers) working on critical transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Analysis
Analyse product and process differences between source and target life insurance systems Define and formalize business requirements as per quality standards Identify migration-related process impacts Act as a bridge between business and IT stakeholders
Testing
Prepare and execute process and calculation tests
Monitoring
Coordinate between IT, operations, business, distribution, and external suppliers Provide regular status reporting
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong expertise in individual life insurance products (especially "Classique") Proven experience in life insurance migration projects At least 5 years in the insurance domain Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Autonomous, pragmatic, detail-oriented, and quality-driven Degree in Mathematics or equivalent experience Familiarity with business/process analysis methodologies
