About the Role

Our client is embarking on a major ServiceNow transformation, driving innovation across ITSM and CSM domains and integrating next-generation AI capabilities. As a ServiceNow Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in architecting and delivering scalable solutions that empower organizations to operate smarter and faster. This is a freelance assignment based in Antwerp/Brussels, with a hybrid working model and a minimum duration of 12 months.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing, configuring, and developing robust ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on ITSM and CSM modules
• Building applications, flows, UI policies, business rules, and seamless integrations
• Driving the full project lifecycle: from analysis and design to development, testing, and deployment
• Maintaining and enhancing existing modules, implementing new features, and optimizing platform performance
• Realizing integrations via REST/SOAP, MID Server, or Integration Hub
• Contributing to AI-driven innovations, including Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, and Automation
• Ensuring compliance with platform governance, security, and best practices
• Advising stakeholders on ServiceNow best practices and platform evolution

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Consultant
• Proven expertise with ITSM and CSM modules
• Strong command of JavaScript (client & server), Flow Designer, and APIs
• Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP, MID Server, Integration Hub)
• Solid understanding of ACLs, platform security, and CMDB structures
• Analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently
• Certifications: ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) and CAD (Certified Application Developer) are mandatory
• Bonus points for CIS-ITSM, CIS-CSM, CTA, or experience with ServiceNow AI/GenAI functionalities

Language Proficiency

• Fluency in Dutch and English is required
• Knowledge of French is a plus
• French speakers with strong English skills are welcome if willing to work in a predominantly Dutch-speaking team

Other Requirements

• Willingness to be deployed on projects in the Brussels/Antwerp region
• Availability to start as soon as possible
• Commitment to a full-time, freelance assignment (12 months+)
• Hybrid working model: combination of office and remote work
