As an FP&A controller, you support the controlling department in providing accurate financial information and insights by assisting with budgeting, reporting (systems) and analysis.



Function


  • You take ownership of the FP&A processes within the Controlling department:
    • You support month-end and year-end closing activities from an FP&A perspective.
    • You support the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
    • You collect, validate, and consolidate financial and operational data.
    • You contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the finance department.
  • You support the business controllers with intuitive reports, clear analyses & conclusions and technical support.
  • You contribute to ad hoc financial analyses and projects.
  • You assist with reporting systems.

You’ll be reporting directly to the FP&A Manager alongside the current FP&A controllers in Ninove, BE.



Your Profile


  • You hold a Master’s degree in Business, Economics or a related field and have 1-3 years of relevant experience in controlling and/or FP&A positions.
  • You can work in an independent way, combine data crunching skills with ability to think high level and synthesize. You demonstrate a ‘can-do’ spirit, ownership and commitment.
  • You work in a structured approach, think in milestones and deadlines, acts accordingly and approaches work in an efficient manner.
  • You are fluent in English (both written and spoken)
  • You have strong IT skills (Excel, Powerpoint), knowledge of SAP & Power BI is an advantage.
