The offer:
Behind every pack of Soubry pasta is a team of dedicated people who make it happen. And we are looking for someone to join that team.
As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for operating and adjusting the automated pasta production lines. No more kneading dough by hand – you'll be working with modern technology and machinery to make sure our pasta is produced safely, efficiently and according to high-quality standards.
You'll work with established procedures and production parameters, while keeping a close eye on quality, safety, hygiene and efficiency. You'll also work closely with your colleagues to keep the production process running smoothly.
We're looking for someone with a technical education or background, preferably with an interest in machinery and production. You are practical, hands-on and have a good technical understanding. You're flexible, enjoy working in a team and appreciate having people around you. In other words, you're a bit like our spirelli: flexible, reliable and always in motion.
In return, we offer you a full-time position, a thorough training programme and a competitive salary package.
You'll also benefit from 20 vacation days and 15 compensatory days, discounted Soubry pasta and flour products, an annual pasta event and opportunities to grow within the company.
Most importantly, you'll become part of a friendly, close-knit team where colleagues support each other and where there's always room for a good chat.
So, do you have a technical mindset, a passion for machines and a taste for teamwork? Then we'd love to meet you
