About the Role

RELYzIT Talent is seeking a SWIFT CSP Assessor for a high-impact, freelance mission with our client, a leading financial authority in LuxembourgBelgium. This is a unique opportunity for a skilled IT Security Auditor to independently assess and attest to the organization’s compliance with the latest SWIFT Customer Security Control Framework (CSCF v2026). Your expertise will directly contribute to the security and integrity of critical financial infrastructure, ensuring compliance and trust at the highest level.

Your assessment will enable the organization to confidently publish its attestation results, reinforcing its reputation and operational security within the global financial ecosystem.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the independent assessment of our client’s compliance with SWIFT CSCF v2026, focusing exclusively on mandatory controls.
• Conduct in-depth audits of payment systems, evaluating architecture type A1 and ensuring all requirements are met for the designated BIC.
• Perform comprehensive risk and security assessments, identifying gaps and providing actionable recommendations.
• Engage directly with client stakeholders on-site to gather evidence, clarify processes, and validate control effectiveness.
• Prepare and deliver a detailed assessment report and completion form, adhering to SWIFT’s official templates and standards.
• Ensure all deliverables are written in clear, professional English and submitted within the agreed timeline (September–November 2026).
• Maintain strict independence and objectivity throughout the assessment process.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as an IT Security Auditor, ideally within the financial sector or payment systems environment.
• Strong expertise in auditing payment systems, conducting risk and security assessments, and delivering actionable insights.
• Advanced knowledge of cybersecurity principles and IT auditing best practices.
• Hands-on experience with SWIFT CSP assessments and a solid understanding of the CSCF framework (intermediate level or above).
• Builder mindset: you take ownership, thrive on solving complex problems, and are driven by impact and outcomes.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and communicate findings with clarity and authority.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory; additional language skills are a plus.
• Availability for on-site work in LuxembourgBelgium from September to November 2026 (no remote work possible).
• Eligible to work in the EU; able to provide official identification and, if applicable, work permit documentation.

Other Requirements

• This is a freelance position with a fixed project duration (approx. 15–20 days between September and November 2026).
• On-site presence required for the entire mission; no homeworking possible.
• All candidates must be able to provide official identification and, if non-EU, a valid work permit.
• Successful candidates will be required to sign an NDA prior to engagement.
• Only candidates meeting all specified criteria will be considered.
