Databricks Platform Engineer | Antwerp
For an international industrial client, we are looking for a Databricks Platform Engineer to help design, build and maintain a scalable cloud data platform.
In this role, you will work closely with data engineers, architects and platform teams to ensure a reliable, secure and well-governed Databricks environment.
Responsibilities
• Design and maintain a Databricks-based data platform
• Develop and optimize Spark / PySpark data pipelines
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and CI/CD processes
• Ensure data governance, security and platform reliability
• Support teams in building scalable data solutions on the platform
Requirements
• Strong experience with Databricks, Apache Spark and PySpark
• Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure)
• Knowledge of Terraform, Git and CI/CD practices
• Experience with data lake architectures (Delta Lake, ADLS, S3)
