Description
- Manage TMS master data to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Book and optimize transport to improve service levels and reduce costs
- Coordinate with warehouses, customer service, transporters, and customers
- Monitor transporter performance and follow up on KPIs
- Validate monthly order rates and resolve discrepancies
- Handle self‑billing to ensure accurate settlements
- Collaborate with Accounts Payable on invoice and payment issues
- Drive continuous improvement in transport processes
- Provide back‑up support to Customer Service Coordinators during absences or peak periods
What You Bring
- Experience in Customer Service, Transport, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
- Fluency in Dutch and English; additional European languages are an advantage.
- A combination of customer service and transport/logistics experience is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with customers, transport providers, warehouses, and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP) and/or Transport Management Systems (TMS) is an advantage.
- Understanding of transport processes and freight cost structures is a plus.
