Responsibilities of the role:

  • Starting up, repairing, and maintaining machines
  • Ensuring the operational availability of production machinery and technical installations
  • Planning and carrying out technical interventions and preventive maintenance on machines to ensure efficient operation
  • Performing corrective and preventive maintenance on the machinery fleet
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic)
  • Monitoring and inspecting the proper functioning of production equipment and auxiliary machinery
  • Contributing to the preventive maintenance program for the machinery fleet
  • Complying with safety regulations and applicable standards related to machine maintenance
  • Maintaining and updating maintenance logs and records
  • Supporting technical operators with the installation and start-up of production lines
  • Assisting in the further development and expansion of the machinery fleet/production equipment infrastructure

If you can complement these values with the following knowledge, competencies, and experience, then you are the candidate we are looking for:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • A technical education, preferably in Electromechanics or Electrical Engineering.
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance of production machinery.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Strong communication skills with a results-oriented and problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure, enabling you to take quick and effective action.
  • Experience with machine installations, production line start-ups, and continuous improvement projects is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with maintenance management systems and maintenance documentation.
  • Willingness to work in a two-shift system (Monday to Friday: 5:00–13:00 and 13:00–21:00) in a production environment.
