What You’ll Be Doing

• End-to-end management and continuous development of OT data processing pipelines, handling significant real-time and historical data volumes.
• Ensuring system stability, security, and performance through proactive health checks, upgrades, and patching.
• Planning and executing data refreshes in close coordination with stakeholders, guaranteeing data quality and integrity.
• Designing, building, and maintaining robust infrastructure and databases to make data accessible for analysts and data scientists.
• Driving new business integrations and responding to evolving needs through research, development, and ongoing optimization.
• Supporting and enhancing the security posture of OT data environments, aligning with ISO27001 standards.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-impact data solutions.

Technical Skills & Experience

• Senior-level experience as a Systems Administrator in ICT infrastructure environments.
• Proven track record in building new data products, integrations, and projects (Medior level).
• Hands-on experience with setup and maintenance of Linux environments (Medior level).
• Experience with setup and maintenance of Oracle environments (Medior level).
• Strong expertise in relational databases, including Oracle, SQL, and PL/SQL (Medior level).
• Advanced scripting skills in Python and Shell.
• Systems engineering experience in at least one of the following: Unix, Linux, or Windows systems.
• Demonstrable experience with Data Management practices.
• Experience with large, business-critical applications.
• Security-first mindset, with hands-on experience in ISO27001 operations.
• Experience with setup and maintenance of Apache Cassandra environments (Medior level).
• Familiarity with OT SCADA systems is a plus.
• Higher education (Master’s or Bachelor’s degree) or equivalent through experience.

Language Proficiency

• Dutch at European CEFR level C2 is required.
