Cybersecurity Infrastructure Project Manager

Context
Within our Digital Security Department, you will primarily lead Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects designed to strengthen the control of identities, authentications, and authorizations across infrastructures, applications, and cloud environments. The role requires recent and demonstrable experience implementing an IAM solution in a complex environment.
You will be joining a team composed of cybersecurity experts, architects, infrastructure teams, operational security teams, and external partners. You will be responsible for coordinating and successfully executing highly technical security projects, while ensuring alignment with business objectives, organizational constraints, and regulatory requirements.
The project manager will join the Security Division's project management team and will work under the functional coordination of a program manager responsible for the overall management of the cybersecurity project portfolio.

Main missions
•    Ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of projects
•    Managing cybersecurity projects
•    Ensure the complete management of the projects entrusted to you, from the study to the production launch.
•    Define the scope, objectives, schedule, resources, budgets and deliverables.
•    Identify, analyze and monitor project risks.
•    Ensure reporting to governance bodies and sponsors.
•    Organize and lead working meetings, steering committees and workshops with stakeholders.
•    Contribute to IT infrastructure security projects

You will primarily be involved in IAM projects, including:
•    The scoping, selection, deployment and production launch of IAM components;
•    identity and account lifecycle management: arrival, mobility, change of function and departure ;
•    Provisioning and deprovisioning of access;
•    The definition of roles and responsibilities, as well as the implementation of the principles of least privilege and separation of duties;
•    Identity federation, Single Sign - On, multi-factor authentication and passwordless authentication;
•    Access review and certification campaigns, traceability and compliance reporting ;
•    The integration of IAM with HR repositories, directories, applications, cloud environments and infrastructure services;
•    Taking into account privileged accounts, technical accounts and non-human identities, in coordination with PAM devices;
•    Migration , testing, change management and user adoption;
•    In addition, infrastructure security projects related to SASE, ZTNA, VPN, firewall, secure network and cloud environments architectures.
•    The projects entrusted may cover strategic studies, specifications and market consultations as well as operational deployments of security solutions.
•    Working closely with infrastructure, network, cloud, security teams and suppliers.
•    Facilitating decision-making and arbitration between business needs, technical constraints and security requirements.
•    To ensure good coordination between the various actors involved in the projects.
•    Supporting teams through the migration, testing, validation and production phases.
•    Contribute to operational safety
•        Depending on the priorities of the department, the expert may be required to work on other themes within the security program.

Project management skills
•    At least 3 years of experience in managing IAM projects.
•    Risk management, budgets, schedules and dependencies.
•    Ability to synthesize and report .
•    Proficiency in traditional and/or agile project management methods.

Technical and methodological skills
•    Good understanding of IAM architectures , enterprise directories and dependencies with infrastructure, applications, cloud environments and HR processes.
•    Practical experience with IAM functions : identity lifecycle, provisioning and deprovisioning , RBAC, access governance, access reviews, SSO, MFA and identity federation.
•    Knowledge of the main IAM integration standards and protocols , including SAML and OpenID Connect , OAuth 2.0 and SCIM, as well as Zero Trust principles .
•    Ability to manage the design, integration, migration, testing, acceptance, production deployment and handover phases to operations teams.
•    Ability to coordinate security, infrastructure, directory, cloud, applications, human resources, business and supplier teams.
•    Ability to communicate effectively with architects, network engineers, security experts and suppliers.
•    Additional experience in PAM, PKI, HSM, SASE, secure networks, firewalls, VPN or cloud security is an asset.
