Interim ICT Manager

• To strengthen our ICT management team, we are looking for an enterprising and decisive ICT Director with a vision on modern business operations and processes. Decisive, flexible and a team player. A solid discussion partner at all levels.

Function

• As ICT Director, you bear the final responsibility for ICT services to the HR and Finance business domains. In addition, you are responsible for the entire financial management of the ICT budgets and report directly to the CIO.
• In addition, you will lead strategic key projects that take our services to an even higher level and form an essential lever for the realisation of the Client strategy.

You will have the following responsibilities:

• You will be part of the ICT management team and translate the Client group strategy into the ICT policy, the operation of the ICT organisation and specifically the financial policy of the department.
• You are an active member of the governance bodies within your domains and translate the domain strategy into tactical initiatives. You follow relevant evolutions and trends and position yourself as a fully-fledged business partner.
• You develop and coordinate the policy within your department and lead your team in a targeted manner, both in operational operation (run) and in projects (build).
• You ensure that the applications within your business domain are future-proof and translate this into a clear multi-year roadmap.
• You bear the final responsibility for the application landscape within your business domain and for the financial policy of the ICT department.
• You build and maintain sustainable collaborations with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers, and organise public tenders.
• You ensure clear and effective internal and external communication.
• You monitor the agreed SLAs and guarantee a high-quality service to internal and external customers.

Profile

• You have a university degree or equivalent experience and have at least 7 years of experience in an ICT development management role within a large organization.
• You have experience in the financial management of large-scale ICT environments and leading organizational change.
• You are a strong people leader with a clear vision and broad ICT expertise. You inspire, coach and motivate your teams and know how to establish a strong and credible leadership.
• You will easily build bridges with other boards and move with confidence in a broad stakeholder context. Your communication style stimulates collaboration and makes you a connecting and inspiring coach.
• In addition, you have experience with IT service management, project management and application development using AI, preferably in environments with large-scale applications.
• You are strongly result-oriented and driven to make an impact on the further development of Client from ICT.
• You combine this with a pronounced customer focus and at the same time focus on the growth of your employees and the continuous optimization of processes.
• You have experience with agile working (Scrum) and successfully apply this in an organizational context.
• You are fluent in multilingualism (Dutch, French and English) and move fluently in a broad stakeholder context, both internally and externally.
